I usually do my taxes using H&R block. This time I needed some extra help. I started out using their agents however the experience was horrible. I found Krissy through Google and took a chance. She was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. She got me the biggest refund I'd ever gotten. I was in and out so quick. She was a pleasure to speak with and really knows her stuff!
