I gave them my tax info in Feb. I was totally ignored. Even after visiting the office and several emails and texts. Had to scramble around and do my own taxes on 4/15. I was totally ghosted! Do not recommend!

Wow totally shocked. This person can't even return phone calls. Don't use to prepare your taxes. IRS came after us for 3,200 because of her failing to suggest an amendment. Very unprofessional, uncourteous. Never again...
