I would give them a 0 star, but the associates at this business don’t even deserve that! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very unprofessional, rude, I did not feel safe giving them my personal information. When I expressed my concerns I was told I was “doing too much” because of my sexuality. The lady said every gay man she knows does too much and is messy, so I left and will not return. This company is not LGBTQ friendly nor professional. Please don’t waste your time and go to a real tax service company.

Whitlan Tax Service is by far the most unprofessional, rude, and downright nasty business I have ever dealt with. From the moment I walked in, the staff acted like I was an inconvenience just for showing up. No greeting, no help, just nasty attitudes like they were being forced to do their jobs. I asked a simple question about my return, and the response I got was dripping with sarcasm and attitude like I was stupid for not knowing everything myself.They talked over me, rolled their eyes, and acted like I was wasting their precious time. The woman I dealt with was especially rude she acted like doing her job was some huge favor to me. It’s honestly shocking they’re still in business treating people like this.To make it worse, they were careless with my documents and I didn’t feel like my personal information was being handled with any care or professionalism. I left feeling angry,disrespected, and stressed out and still without the answers I needed.Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place. There are plenty of other tax services out there that will treat you with basic human decency Whitlan Tax Service is not one of them.

The worst tax company I have been too.. she does nothing but scam I had to pay her 1500 just do my taxes then had me paying the state back over 5,000 never again followed her on social media she is the most ghetto rude person ever
