Do NOT and i mean Do not Use this useless person to do your taxes if you don't want it to come back and have you pay with your life's savings. She is a fraud that will tell you she filed and gives you dates that she has made up. She is going to get what's coming to her ten fold for the lives she has destroyed. She will make every excuse possible. She will not contact irs on your behalf. What she does is amend until she can figure out where she has screwed up. We used her for years and all of a sudden we find out we owe back taxes because she didn't file them. She will miraculously have a disease or some kind of health problem when it hits the fan. She will lie and said she has contacted irs or your check is coming. Those in this situation i encourage you to contact the irs yourself and you will find the truth about your situation. She has a ton of law suits coming at her soon. This is the lowest of human waste ive ever encountered. She doctors files and letters to make it seem like she's doing something. If you evr hear this dumb lady say, "Ive called them and spoke to so and so"' "you will receive you refund by this date and that we cant contact thenm again for 2 weeks", "ive mailed out your papers and heres the fake tracking", "So sorry i was in the hospital", "my son is a crackhead and took this", "we will get with my tax lawyer that she doesnt have", and you get the point. Keep using here and you will regret it and owe your lifes saving to the irs. Band together and sue the crap out of this lady. She needs to pay everyone back or go rot in jail for the rest of her life

Ms. Tia is the bomb. Ms. Tia has been our accountant since 2003. We have read all of the other reviews on this site. Between 2018-2021, she was going through a lot of medical issues, etc. It is very sad that she received a lot of bad reviews during those times because Ms. Tia goes way above and beyond for her clients without even charging them extra for anything. Not to mention, Ms. Tia sacrificed her recovery from a gallbladder surgery to come into the office 4 days after she was released from the hospital because there were 2 weeks left in the tax season. She ended up having 4 additional surgeries after tax season to repair the damage she had done by going to her office, picking up her laptop and bag, driving, etc. Ms. Tia was supposed to be on bedrest so to speak because of the intensity of the surgery. Let us not forget that Ms. Tia came to her office during tax time for her clients and was trying her best to wait until after April 15th to have her gallbladder surgery. Ms. Tia knew in January 2018 that her gallbladder was not functioning at all. She was in severe chronic pain. Her surgeon did not want her to wait because her gallbladder was dying. Now, that is a trooper. How many people do you know that we suffer in extreme pain and wait to have surgery as long as she could to take care of her clients? We don't know a single person that would do that. The clients that wrote bad revies could have at least written an updated review if Ms. Tia had rectified and resolved the issues that were in the negative reviews. Ms. Tia is such a nice person. Most of the clients that wrote negative reviews still used her services and some are still her clients to this day. Ms. Tia was very honest with her clients concerning her medical issues, surgeries, etc. Ms. Tia you are our hero. Thank you for your dedication to your clients. Especially during the few years you had your medical issues, emergency surgeries, etc. Keep your head up Ms. Tia.

OK, Tia, we have called multiple have also contact of the irs. They have no record of our refund or our amended refunds. You continually do not return our phone calls. And then we get an email from supposedly your son. Saying you're gonna get in touch with us which you have not done I want to get this resolved or I will be forced to take other actions. Oh and I have spoken to other clients of yours who also have not heard from you and are waiting on refunds.

Ty for your review. I spoke with you on 8/15/24. I went in detail as to my my delayed response. I asked who you spoke with at the IRS and was told you couldn't get through. I provided proof of filing. Following up with an email.

Ms. Miller, we want to thank you for assisting us with our tax issues. You met us after hours to get a jump start on our case.
We want to apologize to you as we were concerned after reading some of your reviews that we contacted the IRS to make sure you had sent in the documents that the IRS was requesting. The 1st representative told us there was nothing on file. We were highly upset and mad as we thought you didn't contact them. My wife told me to call the IRS again in which I did. The 2nd representative told us that you indeed did send in the paperwork. He also explained to us that sometimes representatives can not see everything in the system and that a lot of times the representative, especially, when the representative can not look further into the file they read from an already written dialogue.
We have taken our bad review off and are replacing our old review with a positive review. Thank you so very much for taking my phone call today so that I could personally apologize to you. We have sent you something to let you know that we are very appreciative and I am very, very sorry. I hope you can forgive me.

Ms. Miller is a great Accountant. Our entire family has used her services for several years. She even does taxes for people who live abroad due to military, etc. Ms. Miller has jumped a lot of hurdles, especially a few years back when she had a major surgery that required several more surgeries to correct the issues. Yes, I admit that it was very hard to get a hold of Ms. Miller during that time. After he major surgery, she still came to the office after a week to finish out the tax season when she was supposed to be on bedrest.
Ms. Miller is a super woman. She always goes above and beyond. I was taken aback by reading these reviews. That is just so very sad.
Ms. Miller, thank you for all that you do. We love you and the services you provide. You are our superwoman. Keep your head up. You are not a fraud, liar, or cheat. Always remember that you have several and I mean several clients who love you and keep coming back. See you next year.
