She makes too many mistakes. Her mistakes range from not including social security income for parents in their eighties to not filing the proper paperwork to get my returns processed. Four months and still no refund!

I highly NOT recommend her. Went to her for help to file our taxes back in 2015. Sent through email with all original docs. Barb didn't print out all 5 W2S or said supposedly they didn't come through. But I have original email that they did. She noticed something was off but didn't further investigate. Therefore the IRS coming after us this year. Ya and she didn't admit that she made the mistake or even said sorry when I came to her about the problem till later down the line. She isn't responsive either. Don't go to her if you want to ow the IRS the following year.
