I would not recommend this tax service at all. I went to Sandra in February to have my taxes done. She completed my federal and state, but had to do my city taxes by hand. I was told I would receive a copy within 2 weeks. I didn't hear from her until April, and only because I called her to find out where my city taxes were. She again told me she would complete them within the week and send me a copy. I never heard from her again. I called and left multiple voicemails, all of which went unanswered. I had to go to my local tax office just to see if they were submitted. She submitted them just before the deadline even though I paid her in February! Now in July, I received a letter in the mail stating my city taxes were done incorrectly. So I was charged a fine and late fee by the city for her mistake. I am very disappointed in her services all around. Not only is she extremely unprofessional for not returning my phone calls, but she made mistakes I ended up paying for.
