I have been using Gail for about 14 years. I have never had a bad experience, in fact I have referred many people to her who are also still clients. Im so happy with her services that even though I moved out of the state three years ago, I continue to send my tax info to Gail.

Very disappointed with the service. We paid $600.00 and were given copies of the wrong forms. We received a letter back from the IRS and tried to contact Gail for assistance, we were told that she would get back to us when the office opens. She works from her home. LAZY. Will never go here again, or refer anyone to her. Was really hoping to have found a new tax preparer.
