I'm quite disappointed in Shirley Felder's service. I paid her upfront as requested to have her file my taxes and she stole 500 from it. I confronted Shirley after confirming with the IRS the amount and responded with she couldn't pay me the money back because she had to pay her rent. Its months later and I still haven't gotten a call or check in the mail. She's a scammer and had no intention on paying me the moneyback. I filed the 14157-A form and will be considering a lawsuit. She can not be trusted. I wouldn't want anyone else to receive the service I did. It was disheartening that someone would be okay with scamming a referral from a long time client. She doesn't deserve her license and would like for it to be suspended or taken away.
