I've been with Ara's for over six years now and I am so pleased with him and his staff. They are knowledgeable, kind and supportive. I am a dinosaur and don't like using computers. They accommodate my Old School needs by snail mail and phone calls -- and get my taxes done in perfect time at the same affordable price. Ara and his team have a great business because it is a small, personalized experience with a friendly, knowledgeable team. Ara is very up-to-date and knows his stuff, and is always willing to help you through exactly what it is you feel you need help with. He meets you on your level and gets you where he feels you need to be in terms of educating you while supporting you in what you need. His staff are smart, friendly and supportive, and they are speedy and responsive. They do great work for a fair price and their online, bidirectional submission portal is simple, secure, and easy to use. It's the kind of firm that inspires loyalty and trust, and they have mine. I look forward to continuing to support their business for many tax years to come.

I love working with Ara. He is so extremely responsive. Last year was the first time I used his firm for my taxes, but I had worked with him several years ago when he worked at a different CPA firm. I have always completed my taxes on my own. As my tax return has grown, so did my headaches. So finally last year, at 61 years old, for the first time in my life, i had someone else prepare my tax return. It saved me so many headaches and frustration. Also, I went to him at the last minute, a week before my tax extension expired, and he took it on with a smile and completed my return.
