Mr. Flores did my taxes a few years ago with a few problems but I recently went back. He was given over three months to prepare a tax return that I was able to do in two hours on TurboTax. He even had his assistant contact me the day AFTER the filing deadline to tell me he had filed an extension for me without my knowledge. I filed a BBB complaint which he did not respond to any of their attempts to contact him. He also has not returned my personal information which resulted in my contacting the CPA licensing board to investigate.
