We have been going to Dana's for many years now. She was great with my home business taxes and then other family member trucking taxes. She don't take every long, a week at the most. She is a great person, does try to help you get the most you can back in your taxes. Great Job Dana

I had been a client of hers for over a decade and had been waiting almost 2mos for her to file my return for the year...when I hadn't received anything from her regarding this years return, and after making half a dozen attempts of contact, including stopping by her office, that was the final straw. I then promptly received am email saying I should stop back by the office to pickup my paperwork and should file myself. I live an hour away or more, and had already been there the same day, and was told by employee she'd hv it done by Wednesday or Friday!! I'm outraged, and hv referred dozens of friends to her over the years. Idk what to even say atm Im so distraught and disgusted. Should hv listened to key friend that originally took me to her years ago when they had similar complaints! How dare I expect her to do her JOB!

We won't use any other tax service as long as she remains in business.
By far, an excellent service, and she is very knowledgable.
