I've paid money to file my taxes but she has forgot to release it IRS. I authorized my tax return on 03092022. On 04022022 I realized my tax refund status is not showing up in IRS. I reached out to her and then she released the file to IRS. What kind of tax professional is she? I paid money just because they make the tax filing process seamless. But she forgot her responsibilities until I reminded her. I asked for the reason as why she forgot and I did not get any response. She is least professional. I would not recommend her.
