He onboarded me as a client, was unable to deliver my returns for two years in a row while I plead and begged for him to finish. He then delegated my account to another accountant while he went to get another business started. The new accountant should have been a reliable accountant but Charles did not handle the transfer well. Then he agreed to be a nominee manager on my LLCs, completely dropped the ball again. 2 years of penalties and fees for late filing, uncollected tax withholdings, 9 thousand dollars in out of pocket fees later, I am looking to repair the damages he caused on all fronts. Half a doctor can cost your life, half an accountant will cost you your peace and money. Be forewarned.
