Do not waste your time or money with these people!!! They lie and mislead!!! First my boyfriend filed and they made an error which made him receive his return almost 2 months later. Then they charged the filing fee twice. When informed, they promised to call back and never did. They are always giving the run around. Next on mine, the owner quoted me an amount and then when she was processing it, it turned out to be over 1700.00 less. Instead of letting me know if I still wanted to file with them at new quote she just submitted it and then told me almost 2 weeks later. Seems very unprofessional.
