You better run if any of them approach you at all locations. This a bogus unprofessional company that will get you in plenty of trouble with the IRS.I have never felt so violated. They submitted my paperwork so fast and told me to sign. I asked to see my paperwork first before I sign and he told me its a trial signature to pull up my refund. When I received my tax information, he placed all kinds of stuff on there that was not true to get himself a lump some of commission. I told him to take it off and he said to late its already been signed and submitted. They don't drive all this fancy cars for nothing. I am determined to continue this lawsuit and the news and the world will know about these crooks. Don't trust the entire staff period and believe their thieving lies.YOU ALL DESERVE NO STARS BUT THIS SYSTEM MADE ME CLICK ON ONE

These people are a total rip off took my information and filed taxes and I never recieved my refund they stole my money and lied to me I will never use them anymore. I am suing. I am pressing charges and they will be held accountable. Do not use them period
