When we first used Caryn, she forgot to send in a batch of tax returns and didn't even know it. She only found out when I let her know I'd called the IRS and they said they'd never received it. She gave us a gift card and apologized, so we gave her a second chance the next year. Our mistake. We were audited for the two years she did our return, charged over 6,000.00 and when I talked to an IRS agent, the agent told me that whomever had done our taxes was 100 to blame. That was 2 years ago and we've found a great CPA since. Last week we got a bill from Caryn for 450 for her help in handling our audits. When we called her for help during the first audit, she said send everything to me but then never called us back or called the IRS. She did absolutely nothing to help us!!!! We just paid the IRS and when the second audit happened, we just paid it. I can't even believe her nerve in billing us!!!!!!!!!!!!!
