Awesome experience with Jessica. She sits down with you and explains every detail of your taxes and the procedure. She helps you understand exactly how your getting the refund that you are getting. I've had experiences with other places and people but this one was by far the best!!! She takes the time to help you understand exactly what's going on if you have any questions and is very friendly to every person she interacts with. Like i said excellent experience with her and i would definitely recommend her to anyone in the future.
