Anytime Ive ever had to call Joan, I sigh, postpone and try to get my husband to do it. Never had a decent conversation with her. Shes very rude and talks to people like we are bothering her. If you hate your job- do us all a favor and quit !!

Joan is very rude, disrespectful and ignorant tax collector. To call her a professional would be completely untrue. It is so obvious that she does not like her public position. If you think you would call her and have a polite conversation, think again. You will be met with rude, ignorant and condescending remarks.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Clearly does not enjoy her job working with the public. The few times I have called for information, she has been rude, agitated, and unprofessional. Wanted to charge me 5 for a duplicate invoice when she already new the tax was paid by the mortgage company.
