Jen did a really nice job for us for a couple of years with our taxes. She is prompt and professional as well as reasonable with her prices. We did find her services to be good, however, she didnt seem as up to date with all current deductions etc and we did have better luck getting an actual tax return versus owing back money using a referred CPA from a family member. My wife and I have usually owed money not knowing the deductions that we were actually able to utilize, which have been explained to us in deep detail with our current CPA. We have been spending a bit more on the individual that we utilize currently, however, the money spent is well worth it for what we are getting in return for the year. Hope this helps all reviewers.
