Nothing good about this guy. After weeks of trying to contact him because I did not receive any of my taxes long after telling me the time frame they should be received I finally did get ahold of him he told me he was in Florida drinking by the pool and would have to call me back the following week. That never happened fast forward to today Sunday May 22, 2022 I called Rick stating I still haven't received my taxes, he claimed his computer was down lie but if that was the case I couldn't get a simple text back, or something letting me know he would be looking into it. Then proceeds to tell me my taxes have already been filed, mind you I have been trying to contact this man for WEEKS and I had to call him to tell me this?? Now I have to contact the IRS and fix what he messed up. Completely unprofessional no regards to anyone but himself, Very disappointed in his services. If you want your tax refund messed up and in the hands of a complete imbecile this is your guy! Rick Haag he won't call you or text you back, goes on vacation without making sure his clients are taken care of and STILL takes your money!! Gotta love him keep up the good work Rick!!!!!!!! I wish I could've gave you a no star rating cause you sir, suck.
