Cassandra is very, very unprofessional and she's a big liar! She told me my taxes almost done back in May 2017 and she'd call me once she print everything off. It's August and I still haven't received my taxes. I left her numerous emails and voicemails explaining the importance of me needing my returns and she ignored them. Then one day I called her from a private # and she answered and was shocked that it was me. She gave me a sob story about her new assistant messing up her computer while she was on vacation. That's a bunch of bullcrap! Why would you go on vacation and leave your clients financial information to a newly trained assistant? She's a liar, a scammer and I do not recommend anyone doing business with her.
