We had our taxes done and again Kevin made an addition error that cost us a 2000.00 refund.We askedthey accepted a refund of our tax preparers fee. This was in April, they keep lying telling us they are out of town. It is August, we have nothing but lies.

hand delivered a time sensitive tax document, which they failed to complete costing me $908,,, they never would return my calls, and totally ignored me on this matter. I pd them $285. for their negligence. Stay way!!
