Did i do your business, or an individual harm when I walked in your door?I dropped a very simple Tax return off at your office, in September 2016, Its Now February,2017,No Tax Refund In Sight.I'm just trying to wrap my mind around the situation, where I paid for a service,And i was just swept out with the morning trash.Seems like the small accounts dont matter at your firm.Kindly hang a sign at your front door, reading, H&R block is down the street. "We dont Serve Your kind here"
