I strongly advise others to find another tax preparer. Erin makes a first impression of being knowledgeable and polite, but ultimately had great difficulty navigating her tax program to complete my return. Furthermore, after completion failed to return phone calls and provide me with a copy of what was filed. When I stopped by her office several times, no was there. If there were a rating less than one star, it is more than what she deserves.

i have used this account in past years,but my 2016 income taax has not been filed.i have called and sent letters to her,but no answer from any mailing or phone calls.
