My husband and I have been going the this accounting firm for 8 years. Last year he mess up our taxes by not filling. Throughout the coarse off the last year I tried to reach him he didnt answer my text, email or phone calls. So today I decided to private my phone and call him and he answer. In trying to get him to correct his mistake he told me that I didnt give him permission to file after he had already sent me the transcript, explain it to us and we agreed. Yet he didnt submit it and have place us in a bad position with the IRS. I will never recommend them to anyone because of his unprofessionalism and lack of communication.
