We have been customers of theirs for 5 year and she has been doing our family members taxes as well. Two week ago we get a letter from the IRS stating we owe taxes two years ago. So it took Wendy who does our taxes two weeks to look at it and I had to call her to see what was going on. She informs me and says I'm so sorry I forget to put your father social security in the taxes that's why he owes 2600.00... My father who is a vitenam vet, retired military and who is 87 years old has to come up with 2600.00 dolllars for the IRS. All she said is that I will help ou and write a check for 379.00 for the fee we charge to do the taxes and some interest. So my father was left with 2200.00 that he had to come up with by Aug 7th which by the way she told me on August 1. So her mistake and we paid her to do our taxes right and we get screwed. Never will we ever do business with A Plus Booking Taxes on 2401 N Florida. She has no remorse or professionalism what so ever. She made the mistake not us and my dad is left with this enormous IRS bill. Please be aware of this company as they will charge you outrageous prices and then won't own up to their mistake and leave you hanging.
