Kamal is very rude and nasty. He doesn't follow up or respond, unless you basically harass him by calling 5 times a day. He literally just had a shouting match with me on the phone because I am questioning why my mothers tax return is still pending (5 months later). I had left numerous messages and he hadn't followed up, until my sister called from a different number. Very shady individual.
