Paul has done our taxes for 29 yrs of the last 30 yrs. He used to be great, I don't know if it's time for him to retire or what the issue is. We bit the bullet last year and went somewhere else after he just about had us filing our taxes late after we sent them to him months in advance the previous year. He usually contacts his clients just prior to the new tax season. He didn't contact us last tax season, but after his debacle we had already decided we wouldn't be using him again, so no harm no foul. He's made things complicated and very difficult for several tax seasons, but when he tried to place the blame on us for his lack of communication and telling me he was going to have to file an extension.. we were over it. Perhaps you should consider retiring, Paul.

Paul kept my taxes, for almost 1 year before family persuaded him to return them. I incurred over 1000 in fines and penalties, which he is responsible for. Paul did my taxes for 20 years. He is very knowledgeable but very rude at times. His excuse oh well, I took some time for me this year.A years worth of text messages and emails...and the story goes on.
