Terrible. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone! I gave her all of our taxes first week in February April 15 came and gone and they still were not done! She will not email you or call you. You practically have to knock on her door for her to answer your phone calls and emails. Poor customer service terrible communication go someplace else!
