Kemper Sears did my taxes at the Jackson Hewitt on first capitol in St. Charles. She is an office manager there. I did the mo. PTC which she mailed in. Unfortunately she left out the 1099 form showing income. I received a rejection letter from mo. Dept. Of revenue. I had to fax in my own. Due to this mistake I had to wait another six weeks as it was an amended form now. I tried to contact her thru the card she gave me. Sadly it's the main no. For Jackson Hewitt. There is no personal phone there so I have no way to contact her directly. Sadly, this has been one big disappointment.
