If I could give less than 1 star I would. I highly recommend not to use this company for tax purposes. I paid them over 300 to do my taxes to get a letter from the IRS stated I owed 2,600 after an audit because Becky at the Tax Center didn't include all my W2's. I assumed that a tax professional would do my taxes right but instead, they give me refund I thought I was entitled too and a nice letter from the government. Now, 2 plus years later, I have to come up with over 2,000 out of thin air. Jim at the tax center nor did anyone else apologize nor rectify the situation. I am beyond disappointed and will never use this facility again. I suggest you don't either unless you want your taxes done wrong.
