Very thorough and does an excellent job completing our taxes. We've had Crowell taxes do our taxes the last 7 years and have always been very happy with their work.

She took our money and never actually filed our taxes. Won't respond to emails, phone calls, etc. We are out a lot of money as we had to pay someone elsebto REDO them and pay our money into federal and state AGAIN.

Terrible! Never filed my property taxes that I paid her to do. Wouldn't respond to emails, messages or phone calls for months. Took 6 months to send back all my paperwork. Very very poor communication, no apologies ever!!
