Ms Ness made an error on our taxes this year. We received a letter from the IRS stating the information was under review. We notified her and was told it was taken care of not to worry only to learn she had not done anything to correct the matter. We have since called her several times and left messages as well as emailing her without response. We have had to hire another account to assist in the matter and face paying penalties for her mistake.
