I had dropped off taxes to be amended and an exemption for first time home buyers credit form over 3 weeks ago. Nothing had been done with them and each time I called to inquire on the progress was given excuses about being on hold with the IRS for hours. I was promised return calls that never came. This morning I was met with poor customer phone service so took an hour out of my already busy schedule to pick up my paperwork, which looks like it was never taken out of the envelope I dropped it off in, and am taking my business elsewhere. I was hoping to find help, but only found excuses. Very disappointing customer service.... if I could rate 0 stars on this review I would. It's a shame too, as I have 2 store fronts and 2 online businesses in which I was looking to start a business relationship with this company on. Not impressed at all. If you are looking for excuses and no results this is the place you need to go!
