Kim has been the Quick Books pro adviser for our organization for three years. She has successfully transitioned ME from excel spreadsheets and ledger tablets to using the Quick Books software. She was so reassuring and complimentary of what I had been doing but did not waver on what benefits Quick Books would be for me and our organization. She was correct. I recently called the Quick Book intuit help line with a concern. After 3 calls, 2 reps and a remote access 2 hour session, I was able to get a credit memo issued but my problem was not fixed. Kim came in and in less than 5 minutes reviewed my activity docs and resolved the problem. I am so fortunate she is the the pro adviser that has been helping me. She also sends newsletters and articles that she feels are of interest to my success. I really "can't live without her" on our team. Deb Hamilton
