Ive been using Charlies services for income tax for over 10 years. Ive been through his personal ups and downs fire, etc and know full well that those problems have carried over into his professional life. Having said that, there has never been a time that he left me hanging with the IRS. He has always come through, sometimes at the last minute but still in time. His knowledge of tax and business is exceptional.

I have trusted Charles for over 20 years for my business. He has always been very thorough and honest. I am shocked by some people reviews that are probably newbies and jump around blaming everyone else for their problems because they are just miserable people. I can say that I do trust Charles and I have the years to prove it.

The lady that gave the 4 star review on March 4th is ridiculous. Charles, is absolutely unprofessional and would used him at your own risk. We just received a letter from the IRS over illegal claims on taxes. Getting ahold of Charles is like pulling teeth. Once you DO get ahold of him he acts like you've never tried to contact him. Needless to say we took this IRS paperwork to another account. This is what was said by a true tax professional about Charles. What he did was illegal, non American, and reckless. Charles, is claiming fraudulent item's which will eventually catch up to you, and you will owe the government money back. I'm now waiting on my 2018 return to get hit with the same crap just like 2017. If the IRS had contacted me before I did my 18 taxes with him, I would have never gone back to him. Any one who claims I'm lying you can contact me. The profs in the pudding, and if Charles keeps up his illegal activity he's going to end up Bill Cosby's roommate.

He prepared our taxes for 2 years. We ended up with an audit over deductions he said were legitimate. We called him 4 times from the time of receiving audit notice until 1 week before our IRS appointment. The calls went to his voicemail, and were never returned. We went through the audit, his deductions were disallowed. We suspect he knew that. We would not recommend Mr. Flaishans. He is unreliable, will not return calls, and seems irresponsible.

Only the unhappy clients show up on these Five Star reviews to complain. Cant please everyone. I wouldnt give any validation to these reviewers considering the misspelling and grammar mistakes combined with the derogatory remarks. Anyone whos intelligent wouldnt get their information from someone who appears to be just angry and uneducated.
