I've been getting my taxes prepared by this company for 5 years.I plan on returning next year and I have no complaints whatsoever and a real tax preparer out here knows that you cannot route anyone's return to just anyone or any company accounts without being prosecuted or dealt with legally. So just to clear the air a little and let everyone know that those complaints are fraudulent and it really amazes me to see what family and friends will try to do to make someone look bad. If your not satisfied with your return for some strange reason you complain before you cash the check.smh!!!!

Percilla Poole is a scammer.. she does fraudulent taxes ..she needs to go to jail. she steals people information and file fraud taxes in their names, bu then have the money to come directly to her account. and what tax preparer file folks taxes and never give them paper work. Percilla Poole needs to be investigated as soon as possible. She has done people wrong for to long. You have to be stop today.. she file her mother and sister and cousins taxes and stolen their money.
