Brian completed my and my future ex wife's taxes. I asked him to prepare them two ways, joint and single. He only did them joint.My wife is self employed but does not file quarterly. I use to add a chunk of my check for federal taxes so we would not be hit so hard at the end of the year.Well, we have split up and I stopped putting my money in to federal taxes to basically pay for her taxes.I did not have my taxes prepared by Brian G. As I had asked.He claims that we had had a conversation about this and I agreed to have them done only joint and not separately. Even though He charged me for preparing them BOTH ways.I know this because he quoted us the amount during our first conversation. I have reached out to Brian G. To have him re due our taxes. He said he needs my ex wifes permission, even though he had it when we first went to him, but now she refuses to consent because she will have to end up paying more in taxes.So, Brian said that he would get me a percentage of what the difference would be. I am fine with that, but now it has been a few weeks and I have called several times and left messages for him to call me back. He has not returned any of my calls to let me know what that percentage is. If you did not get to it yet, then call me and tell me that. Ignoring someone is very unprofessional and I deserve a reply and an answer. I paid you for both ways to prepare my taxes, and only received one way. Her way. Not my way as asked of you when we first spoke.So Please Mr. Brian G. Call me back with an answer kr an explanation why you don't have it yet. Thank you in advance. Bob Rock Sr
