Bob has prepared my taxes for 3+ years. He is difficult to communicate with. Now it is a full month after the tax deadline and he has not given me a copy of my completed returns (despite repeated requests); I still don't know whether my taxes have been filed!! I have left voicemails and emails. Extraordinarily unprofessional. AVOID.
