I have been going to Mr. Ulen for 5 years now and this year I caught the biggest mistake. He failed to enter my mortgage and medical deductions which almost cost me 700 out of my return I used Turbo Tax to confirm. Upon bringing this mistake to his attention he was extremely unprofessional hanging up the phone, using brash language, and overall being aggressive. There is no telling how much money of mine he has lost over the years with his omissions. He is not trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and certainly not worth the hefty price-tag.
