Started out as a great interaction and turned into the worst tax experience EVER. Taxes were never complete And she stopped answering all calls and emails. I will never use a tax preparer that is a sole proprietor again but if they disappear so does all of your tax documents.

Our experience with using Emerge Tax Solutions for the 2016 tax year was superb. Ms. Spencer managed our tax package with individual care; she answered our questions clearly and in laymen's terms, and made sure we were knowledgeable and kept up-to-date every step of the way. Using the Emerge Tax Solutions website and secure portal was user-friendly and helped file our taxes quickly. We will definitely use Emerge for tax preparation in the future!

I was hesitant on using a tax professional but realize it was well worth the time. Ms. Spencer is very knowledgeable about tax laws and extremely savvy in suggesting strategies to achieve my goals. This was a very personal process, but she has earned my respect and gratitude for how professional she was and for how she was able to guide me through the process.
