We are very disappointed with Jenkins Accounting and tax services. We were shocked by the way we were treated and spoken to. The assistant called us 9:30 at night, the day before our appointment, to notify us that they have not received our tax information yet. We explained that we were finishing them up and we would have the information in their electronic folder before our appointment. She insisted that they have been emailing us for weeks reminding us to have this completed. This is not the case nor was there ever any communication in regards to a deadline of having the information provided. The assistant proceeded to tell us that because they are so far behind, we may not have our appointment as it was scheduled. I personally understand the frustration of being behind, but to talk to a customer, yelling and hanging up on us, is not how you treat your customers, especially in a field where you are serving them. They were unprofessional and rude in every manner. I will never recommend Jenkins accounting and tax services to anyone.
