If I could rate this company less than 1 star, I would! Due to their negligence & incorrect preparation of my taxes, I was audited twice. I contacted Long Term by phone, e-mail, fax & finally by certified letter (per attorney) to no avail. They originally acknowledged their error and said they would pay penalties & interest. HA!! I forwarded the bill to them showing the charges. Well, guess what, no response after many attempts to contact them!! I plan to file a complaint w/BBB, FTC, State Licensing Board and bring suit in Small Claims Court for recovery.
