This lady is absolutely horrible. I was referred to her by a friend, but was informed to send my husband due to her not liking women. I viewed the information as rubbish. Upon contact, this was the rudest lady I had ever met. She over talked me, and would not allow me the opportunity to ask any questions. She did not possess any customer service skills. I end up going with someone else.
