I've been doing business with this company for five years, and every year she offers same day advance loans to her customers, that never is giving the same day maybe even weeks if that before you receive the loan. If you have questions about your money are your taxes better be prepared to drive to bossier just to get them answered. She doesn't answer the phone for you, want return any calls, messages, or inboxes, doesn't matter how many times you call. I applied for her same day advance for 2500 on the 01052018 and it's now the 20th and I still haven't received a dime. Nor will she answer the phone are my text. This will be my final year doing business with her and I will take every opportunity I get to inform the public about Speedy's discourteous and unprofessional service.
