I wasn't doing very well financially partly my fault and partly the government's fault, not to mention it was during a pandemic. My taxes were in a mess as well as my stimulus checks. I was laid off and my son and I were strapped and needed help badly! I got 2 recommendations for Stacy Skinner. I had hope she would be able help us. But she was very unprofessional and lacked empathy and had no compassion. I'm assuming she made an assumption that if she helped me it would only be for a small substantial amount of money in her pocket. After explaining to her how very stressed I was because of the complications I was having w my taxes ,Thanks to my former employer who robbed me of pay and withheld w2s for whatever reason , also made me very uncomfortable while being in his presence while working for him. Stacy listened and turned her nose up at me and treated me disrespectful. ampampampampampampamp she put very little effort in for me, she then told me , and I quote her I'm too busy sorry and she shut me down leaving me feeling even more hopeless and unworthy...but I kept my head up and went a different route. Luckily for my son and me , we topped out at almost 20,000 total with 2 years of messy taxes and 3 stimulus checks that we were intitled to. I would love to take this opportunity to thank Kathy at HampampampampampampampR block for a pretty easy and well done job!!. I'm so grateful!......sorry Stacy that's bad for business and money missed out on for you...I highly do NOT recommend Ms. Skinner as your CPA.
