Excellent customer service. She has been doing my taxes for years and always willing to help answer any questions I have. When I don't understand something she always explains. As I don't understand how taxes work, she makes it simple.

I was a client of Marcy's for years. This past year, I was contacted by the IRS.. There was a huge mistake made on my 2014 taxes. The mistake is costing me thousands of dollars. Marcy was contacted and little help was offered. It was stated that I signed the final papers. Therefore, I agreed her work was correct. If I knew about taxes I wouldn't have paid her to do my taxes. Truthfully, I didn't even pay attention to what I was signing. I assumed he knew her job, not true. I took my taxes to a CPA firm they were appalled by the mistake (s) that were made. This year, I am this CPA's firms second client from Marcy's Tax Service. If you use her, please check her work and know you are accountable for any mistakes she makes.
