I went to Deborah to assist me with my deceased mother's taxes, as well as my own. Typically I do my taxes online, as they are simple returns however, I wanted a tax professional to assist me with my mother's returns. After submitting the tax returns, there was an issue with my mother's tax return. Deborah ceased all communication with me after she told me that she would help with figuring this out. She even provided me an email address to send questions to however, she has stopped responding and left me to figure out this situation on my own. The lack of professionalism and communication is unsettling. Would not recommend.
