Ms. Dorothy did my 2013 income taxes incorrectly which caused me to owe the IRS over two thousand of dollars. When I told her I received a notification from the IRS she said bring it to me and I will fix it. After checking the return, she stated that she made a mistake and that she would amend the return. That was in 2014. I thought that she had taken care of it, as she gave me her word that she had completed the amendment and submitted it the IRS. When I got another statement 6 months later, I notified her again, letting her know that the IRS never received the amendment. She lied right to my face and said that she had sent it. After receiving another notification from the IRS in 2015 with incurred fees, I called her again, she didn't return my phone calls. I went to another tax professional and found out that she could never send an amendment without my signature. And after he checked my returns he stated that she made several blatant mistakes. Bottom line, I had to pay the IRS the amount owed plus penalties! Dorothy Labon is not trustworthy!!!! She never returned my phone calls, and left me hanging with the IRS!!!
