I called to asked a simple question, when my tax return was mailed? Before I could asked the question, the owner started yelling all the reasons why I had not received a refund. I called to asked because I experienced issues last year. My tax return was mailed and ended up lost! I was not aware of the situation. I underwent a great deal of difficulty with that situation. Trying to prove my tax return was prepared prior to the deadline, accepting the copy I had, etc.
